Collect Rx was started in 2006 by founders who pioneered the out-of-network industry.

Over the years, we have helped over 2,100 providers maximize their out-of-network reimbursements amongst ASCs, behavioral health, physician practices, labs, and hospitals.

Simply put, what we do is help providers get higher reimbursements on in- and out-of-network bills and maximize payor collections. We don’t do this as consultants, but as experts in negotiating and appealing in order to achieve higher reimbursements on your bills and collections.

CRXIS. To get the results we get, we rely on CRXIS, which stands for Collect Rx Information Systems. This is the proprietary data and analytics tool we’ve developed to support us as we go toe-to-toe with payors. CRXIS helps analyze insurance policies, provides comparable data, and allows us to track the tendencies and trends of the people on the insurance company side.

Experts. In addition to CRXIS, we rely on our expertise. We’ve built a unique team of experts who used to work for the insurance companies and their vendors. This puts us in a unique situation to understand payors’ position and get higher payments on bills for our customers.

Our Team

As an innovator in data-driven services for managing healthcare providers’ revenue cycle needs, Collect Rx is the only company in the country that is laser-focused on maximizing payor payments for the most complex claims, including out-of-network, Medicare, in-network, and third-party denials, delays and underpayments.
